Power Of The Competent Authority To Notify
If the registration certificate of a motor vehicle with diplomatic facility is not submitted for renewal within the period as referred to in Sub-section (1) of Section 31, the competent authority may notify the concerned diplomatic mission, office or person, through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, to get renewed the registration certificate of such a motor vehicle.
